Description
The Hotel Baia one of the 4 Hotels of the fascinating Chia Laguna, is certainly one of the most aknowledged and appreciated resort on a international scale.
The Hotel Baia has been completely renewed in 2017 and features new comfortable rooms and a renovated reception area for the guests welcoming. From the reception you can reach the 25 mt semi-olympic infinity pool going through the many paths of the green area of the hotel. The pool has been also renewed and features a dedicated area for children and a bar.
Set on a little hill, the Hotel Baia overlooks the wonderful beach and the 77 renovated rooms with open beams in the ceiling, which are the perfect location if you want to spend an holiday under the sign of relax, immersed in the green nature with spectacular views of the sea and the lagoon.
One of the main strengths of the Baia Hotel is its proximity to the sea. The beach of Monte Cogoni is achievable in 5 minutes, walking through 60 steps cut into the rock. Thanks to its position on the small promontory, the Baia Hotel can be proud of breathtaking views.
The Baia Hotel is located in a very secluded area, 200 mt from the Piazza degli Ulivi which on the evenings is animated by different performances and wonderful boutiques.
There are 4 room categories available, plus the prestigious Suite Incanto consisting of two double rooms, each with a small living area and a private bathroom.
The Prestige Parco with independent entrance, are big rooms immersed in the mediterranean vegetation among bushes of mirthle, mastic and wild olives; the spacious and cosy Prestige Laguna, with view of the wonderful lagoon of Chia where you can find the wild and elegant rosa flamingos; the Prestige Mare are plunged into the maquis and boast a great view of the sea. Here the smells of the Mediterranean are very intense, the rooms are cosy and bright thanks to their special position. Finally, the Baia Suites are located at just a stone's throw from the sea, in the very hearth of the mediterranean nature and have been designed to delight every guest with unforgettable moments. They feature a day area with a sofabed, and a separated night area.
The hotel offers a half board formula with a buffet dinner and show cooking at the excellent Restaurant La Pergola, which has been renovated both inside and outside, or with dinner at the beautiful renovated Whiteluna,with extra charge and on reservation only, perfect place for the evening and for the late evening.
The programm Dine Around, on an extra charge, allows every guest to eat at any of the hotel restaurant. You can choose among La Pergola and following restaurants:

Sea
The Beach of Monte Cogoni is located only 60 steps from the hotel and the beach service is included. By booking the Suite Incanto or Suite, you have a seat reserved in the first row, while guests of the Prestige Mare have a seat reserved in the second row. By booking every other room category, the beach service is free of charge in the thrid row, on request and with extra charge in the second and third row.
